In case anyone is wondering - we are on holiday this week and instead of jetting off to the sun, we're minimising our carbon footprint by exploring our backyard via the Challenge. Yesterday was a big day (over 30 miles bike/hike) so today we're having a (relative) rest. This is a lovely spot to start the day with.

Inspired by all the athletes at the Ballater 10 this morning, I decided to go for a quick ride around this lovely loch. To be fair to myself I did then go on over to Glen Tanar, but it wasn't as hard as running 10 miles. Nice spot though.20/04/07 Sarah + Jon
Returned to car via Birsemore Loch after running up Carnferg [85]
