Jon dropped us at Lochnagar distillery with a bike and we cycled over towards Loch Muick and then down the Glen past the waterfall to finish back at Ballater. A lovely autumn day, but a bit windy for Ewan's liking coming down from the Girnock towards Glen Muick.

Good ride over from 19 although there's a sticky patch where there's some logging. Rewarded by a great run back past Birkhall - wave to the police guarding Charlie and Camilla et al. Cut back into the woods at 350941 to reach the car.
"One more time" cries Ev - how could I resist - so quick slug of water and across road to 53.
8/07/07 Dave and Kathy. Biked up from near Birkhall on our way to Inchnabobart and a return down Glen Girnock. Very easy and pleasant ride. Still had 4 of our friends with us (down by two from yesterday). The waterfall was as full as I have seen it. Not surprisingly.
