This is a great hill, but the route I took wasn't brilliant. Went straight up to Sgor an h-Iolaire from Camlet - firstly through nettles and thistles, then heather and bracken. Not ideal running territory. The run from there to the summit on the other hand is delightful - mostly a decent path, and great views in all directions. The top is interesting - rocky with scattered old pines. From here the descent to the east (which I took) is awful. Steep, rocky and heathery at first, then an awkward fence, then a bog until you reach the path round the foot of Creag Ghiubhais. Took an hour to get here via Camlet from Littlemill, then a whole 30mins to get back. The hill is well worth the effort, but start somewhere else, either the west or the south.
