Did this as a walk combined with Carn Ferg. Started from the end of the road in Glen Cat, and only took half an hour to get here. Set off towards Carn Ferg (in the background of the picture) across Brackenstake.02/07/07 Dave H
Parked in the same spot as Sarah then biked up the track on the way to Birse Castle and the Fungle. The path looks tough from the farm but it's really quite easy. Certainly the easiest of the various paths over to the Feugh.22/04/07 Sarah
Left the car at NO 569 945 and ran W along the road, then up the Birse track.
Continued over to Forest of Birse and then returned via Craig Lash [92]. Nice run with a couple of sharp climbs. 110 minutes including photo stops.
